Paul: State’s Rights, Constitutionality and Abortion

Ron Paul’s statements regarding abortion conflict with each other. Any legislative attempt to criminalize abortion cannot be supported through original Constitutional intent, and without it being a properly phrased Constitutional Amendment legitimately enacted, is an unlawful overreach by the legislature.
