Ron Paul’s statements regarding abortion conflict with each other. Any legislative attempt to criminalize abortion cannot be supported through original Constitutional intent, and without it being a properly phrased Constitutional Amendment legitimately enacted, is an unlawful overreach by the legislature.

Ron Paul’s positions regarding immigration cannot be squared with the Original Intents of this Nation’s founding. As I noted previously, Paul’s Immigration Policy Positions cannot be squared with the original intent of the Declaration of Independence, because of its implied Natural Right, which ALL Humans possess: Expatriation. Also, one of the Declaration of Independence’s reasons justifying the severance of English citizenship was that King George had:
